The lounge area of the main room has two sofas and an easy chair together with Satellite TV DVD player and Radio. There are some books and DVD's on the shelves

The dinning area of the main room shows a table which can be extended and is capable of seating 10 if moved away from the stairs. The stairs lead up to the second floor and terrace

The large full length doors lead onto two small balconies overlooking the street outside

The fridge/freezer broom cupboard and larder can be seen

The separate toilet and wash basin complete the first floor and the second floor is reached by a flight of steps leading out of the dinning area

Along a short corridor from the lounge there is a double bedroom complete with en-suite facilities and built in wardrobes as well as a single bedroom
